Overview
At Sant Vallier, we hold ourselves to the highest standard of customer care. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are fully committed to making things right.

Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be considered eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original state, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, altered, or sent back without their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and any products sold under promotional discounts are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return
To open a return, please email contact@sant-vallier.com with your order number and the reason for your return. A member of our team will respond with full instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds
After we receive and assess your returned item, you will be notified by email. Should the return be approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable. Where free shipping was applied to your order, the cost of the original shipment may be deducted from the refund total.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. To arrange an exchange, please contact contact@sant-vallier.com.
